being the kickoff of a new quarter, we are officially in Q2 of the year, at least as I'm recording

this. And one of the questions that I get from a lot of people is, you know, how do you run multiple businesses? How do you be a purposeful dad? How do you take care of your

health and get in the gym every day? How do you keep your habits, your productivity, things aligned

and operating at a high level? And as many of you guys know, I created the rich life planner.

And in addition to the rich lifeanner, I created a little tracking tool

that I use. It's a basic spreadsheet. It's my habits and my goal is tracker. And I made a YouTube

video on this in detail running through the entire thing and showing you how I use it and also

giving you transparency and access to my goals and

ultimately ways that you can use this for yourself as well. So that's what this episode is going to be

on today. We're going to cut into the YouTube video, which will have all the audio. If you're
