And today I wanted to talk to you about this new concept that I came up with called I4.

And what I've 4 is, it's a formula that I created that discusses four eyes that I think are extremely important to one building your personal brand building your personal finances and helping you create generational wealth all with your personal brand.

And the I-4 method is simple. We talk about income, impact, influence, and investments.

So first off, let's talk about income.

With income, one of the things you want to do

is you want to begin to develop the high income skill that will actually increase your income.

So what do I mean by this?

Oftentimes when you work a job, and again I'm here, I'm not saying anything wrong with a job because I worked the job for a lot of 10

jobs and I got fired from all of them but I realize when I worked the job that working a

job they give you what they believe you are

worth so for example in my last job I made $9.81 an hour that pay wasn't based on

my skill set that pay was based on what they said I was worth.

Hey, cleaning out airplanes, hey, emptying the mess off the planes, you are worth $9.81 cent to me nothing more.

I went to him and said, hey, I would love to be able to get a raise,

what do I have to do? You are not worth a raise at this current moment. You got to stay with us a little

bit longer, you got to improve, you got to stay with us a little bit longer you got to improve you got to get better so

When we talk about income you want to find a way to dictate what you want to be paid

Opposed to someone dictating you what you are paid, right?

So for example, now I call my own shots, hey, I want to earn X amount an hour, I want to earn X amount
