My roommate wanted me to split everything with her.

I moved in with this roommate in August last year, and ever since then, she's had this habit of going out, buying things on her own, and then telling me afterward that it's for the apartment, and that I owe her half. Ah, lovely. Lovely, lovely, lovely. I did not want that grill. Did that tuna sandwich you just ate fully? Also, are we playing that

for half? Sometimes it's things like paper towels or garbage bags, which I already have and don't

need her to buy more of. Um, okay, debatable. Okay, let alone expect me to split the cost. Other

times, it's random kitchen gadgets or small pieces of decor. She mentions it super casually, too,

Most of it I barely even use, and it's obvious it's mostly for her, but somehow I'm still expected to split the cost. It's been quietly building resentment for months, especially because I never agreed to any of it beforehand. The other thing that's driving me crazy is what

happens when I have friends over. Every single time, she comes out of her room and fully inserts

herself into the hangout. See, we both have roommates that are our friends. They were friends

first before roommates.

Yeah.

Because you're not going to, any activity you're doing with a group of people there. Your roommates are about it, right? If it's, as long as it's in like the common area, like if it's in your own room, like say you're having spicy time. Yeah, that's one thing. Or like. With a group of people? No, no, no. but like say if like you're having like she's talking about a group of people i'm just saying

in general like if it's talking about a group of people.
