Okay, so the two last episodes coincidentally we had were with two pregnant ladies, Ireland Baldwin

and Megan Trainor and it's also Mother's Day on Sunday. So I've been thinking a lot about pregnancy

in general. It's actually one of the topics that I just get asked about the most and it's come

up on the podcast and I think, you know, I want to preface this by saying that I think that a lot of

pregnancies are just so specific and different. My friend actually just had a baby girl

last week. This is her second. She's a part of my mom group, which we will also talk about today

because we talked about mom groups with Megan Trainor and she had a really rough birth
