but Nancy, I love how you've been helping us to realize that it's okay to pray for ourselves, too.

Not only is it okay, but we really need it. And these petitions we've been talking about are

biblical exhortations. So if we want them to be true in our lives, we need to ask the Lord to make them true.

That's right. Let's review them because they're all so powerful. The first one, Lord, guard my heart.

And boy, that one affects every other area of our lives, doesn't it?

It absolutely does.

And then fill me with your love, fill me with your spirit.

May I be clothed in humility?

And then we looked at a couple that flow out of that.

Make me a servant and give me a grateful spirit.

And then in the last program, we looked at that one, guard my tongue.

Boy, we could spend a lifetime on that one.
