0:07.3	every single day for almost 200 days and it has been such a beautiful transformative experience
0:17.0	for me. I was inspired by this amazing woman who I've become dear friends with. Her name is Libby
0:23.4	Delayna and she wrote the book Do Walk and that book changed my life and I had no idea
0:30.6	that I would connect with the author and that she too in human form would change my life.
0:37.4	And so as I transition out of the Hey Girl podcast, I have some exciting news. I have a new podcast
0:45.3	hosted alongside my dear friend Libby Delayna. It is called This Morning Walk and I am so thrilled
0:54.8	for it to be in the world committing to walking every single day as an act of self-love,
1:00.8	self-care and self-reflection has completely shifted how I show up for myself.
1:08.0	And in our new podcast, we're going to be talking about our respective journeys to this path.
1:15.6	I'm a newbie at just shy of 200 days as of today, April 5th, 2022. But Libby, she has been walking
1:25.8	every single day for 10 years. Rain, snow or shine, hot or cold, she goes. And I am so moved
1:38.6	by her dedication to herself and I am so moved by her inspiring me to be dedicated to myself
1:46.3	by simply getting up and going outside and moving my body. It doesn't matter for how long,
1:51.8	for how many miles, how many steps, what matters is to promise the self that we decide to keep.
