Now, I do have some bittersweet news today, and that is that this is the last

episode of this show. And for this episode, I have my very good friend and fellow podcaster Manolo Moreno as the guest.

And so I just, it's, you know, this, it was not, the show was not renewed, and that's okay.

You know, I am no stranger to the canceled podcast, and I'll keep trying other ideas,

finding other places to put stuff out there.

I'm kind of like a podcast, Phoenix rising from the ashes, and probably at this point I don't have wings.

The wings have singed off in the fire, but the rest of me is there, and I appreciate you listening, and I appreciate your support.

In a time of such stark isolation,

embracing yourself is one thing you can do.
