Hi everyone.

Well, we're going to take a little detour from our regular programming. This past Sunday,

March 15th, my nana passed away. My mom and I were with her in her New Jersey home, and she had

some family visits and many FaceTime visits from afar. She was surrounded by love from all the people

who cherished her and looked upon her in awe of her spirit and brilliant mind and sense

of humor, and she was met in heaven by her own sweet nanny, her beautiful mom and dad, my big

Nana and big pop, her four siblings, all of her friends that passed on before her, her daughter,

my wild and wonderful Aunt Holly, and of course, my little sunshine, my daughter.

Nana suffered a massive stroke on Wednesday and on Friday as she lay peacefully in her bed, awaiting her time. I told her she needed

to go take care of my little girl. And from her stillness, she forcefully squeezed my hand. So I know

she's up there in the stars holding my baby tight. On Sunday morning, I was making coffee in the kitchen,

and I overheard my mom telling Nana that today was a great day for her to go and take a great trip.

Mom got up, and then I sat down, and Nana had gone, just like that.

She was off on her great trip.
