0:11.5	Jennifer, welcome to the program. Hi, Dr. Laura. Thank you for taking my call. Thank you. So my question is I have two renters.
0:21.6	I live in a large property, so we have two studios that we run out.
0:25.6	And that's the reason why I can stay home with my kids.
0:28.6	One of the renters is a female.
0:31.6	The other was a male.
0:33.6	My sister is friends with the female renter.
0:36.6	And the male and female renters work together.
0:39.2	They worked at the same place.
0:41.4	Back in July, my female renter came to me telling me that she had issues with the male renter at work.
0:47.8	To me, it's under, like, small issues, just them not getting along.
0:52.1	And I told her that I didn't have any control over their
0:55.5	issues. I couldn't do anything about them because they were just personal issues. I can only

1:33.1	And I told her that if she wanted to move out in July, we would give her the month of July to not pay rent and move out.
1:41.5	And she decided that she was going to look for somewhere to move. She didn't move out.
