Every business should have sales, marketing and operations. Your ads will attract people to your product or business through a funnel.
That funnel is created by iconic commercials and marketing that sell the product for you because the marketing is so good. That sales process becomes better over time because of marketing and word of mouth from good operations–word of mouth is the biggest endorsement someone can give.
