0:14.0	I'm calling with a question about what's the right way to manage my 92 year old mother-in-law. She's been a mother of my heart for many years.
0:28.0	I lost my mom many years ago, but me, my sister-in-law, her daughter and other family members bring her meals because she's no longer capable of cooking her own meals.
0:43.0	And she often is very critical of the meals, but yet she wants us to cook for her. And is very mean about her comments about our cooking and my husband says that, hey, she's 92, 92 year olds have no filters and we just have to deal with it.
1:03.0	We just have to smile and put up with it.
1:06.0	And my question is, your opinion on that. I have a question before that you said of your heart. So she's been very loving and kind up to recently.
1:19.0	Yeah, she's dealing with end of life realities and her body.
1:24.0	I don't need you to tell me what she's dealing with. I need to find out if historically this behavior was always there or if it's new. That's what I'm trying to get.
1:34.0	I think it's evolved to nasty critiques of food, whereas she's always been a very good cook, but now she doesn't cook.
1:46.0	So she's always been aware whether or not food tastes good or she likes something or doesn't like something.
1:53.0	Are you taking it?
1:55.0	Are you calling about somebody else's feelings or are you calling about your own feelings?
2:00.0	My own feelings. Actually, there's no, there are.
2:04.0	Madam, if you use your intellect, there is absolutely no reason in the universe for you to take it personally.
2:11.0	Use your intellect. You already gave me. She's 90. This used to be the thing she did probably better than anybody else around.
2:21.0	And now she can't and she's dependent. And any day she could wake up and not wake up.
2:29.0	So for you to take any of this personally is to be a little bit insensitive.
2:36.0	So when she criticizes something you bring over ago, your right mom, if you had made this, this would have been five times better.
2:43.0	I miss your cooking. What if you had said that?
