Welcome to another episode of Natalia Benson, the podcast.

It is so, so good to be with you again.

Have not recorded in a couple of weeks.

So I'm so excited to be back with you.

Definitely, it's a new and different experience

only recording twice a month, but I have to say for this season of business and for just my own

personal growth and healing that I'm moving with right now, it's definitely feeling more like a season

of a little bit more privacy. And I wanted to speak into something because I've actually

gotten a few DMs from people over the past couple of months being like, you know,

you seem like you're more private or you're not as, like, active, which I

somewhat can understand. I still feel like I am very active, but I'm changing right now. And I

had a really interesting realization with myself where I was like, oh my God, like, I have been so

out and open on social media for such a long time,

talking about everything and just always kind of sharing and showcasing my life.

And I'm changing right now.
