0:54.0	So I'm an operations manager for a manufacturing company in the electrical utilities business.
1:01.1	And I am in the process of going through the succession planning.
1:08.2	And so my boss is planning to retire in the next couple of years, and I'm
1:12.6	looking to see who can take my spot. The guy that is underneath me that would be the natural fit
1:19.8	has been here longer, he's got the tenure, but I don't know if he's got the technical skills
1:26.8	and the attention to detail and customer-facing presence
1:31.5	that we need.
1:33.8	And so I'm trying to figure out, how can I figure out if I can train him or if we need
1:37.7	to be looking for somebody else to fill that role?
