because there's been a bit of bad news in Paris. In France, actually, it turns out that,

you know, the cases of COVID-19 are skyrocketing and, well, they've decided to do another lockdown.

So, I figured for this episode, I think a lot of you probably know that I used to be a journalist.

So I thought I'd take my journalist hat out of the cupboard, dust it off, put it on my head, and go around Paris on the last day before lockdown, and just talk to some small business owners, talk to some sort of friends with the show, and see what they have to say about everything. Now, there's a few sort of things I should explain before I get

started. First is, this was recorded on Thursday, October 29th, which was the last day before

the lockdown set in. And now I realize there's probably people sitting there thinking,

what are you going out on the last day before lockdown for?

And I did it all very sensibly.

You know, every interview you hear now had a mask on.

It's not like I was going to big rave parties.

It's not like I was, you know, socializing with lots of people.

into a very unusual time. And yeah, I don't know. I think you guys might enjoy hearing what it

sounds like on the last day before a lockdown scooting around Paris. I took Lena with me and

funnily enough, before I even had the idea to do this, I was talking to Lina and she said, she said,

you know on your podcast Oliver, sometimes you ask people what they'd do if it was their last day in Paris.

And then she turned to me, she said, well, what do you want to do today?

And we sort of had what our last day would be as well.
