In 2019 the National Crime Victimization Survey indicated that nationwide, about 22% of students age 12 to 18 experienced bullying on school property in a 12 month period. How can we tell if our kid is being bullied? What do we do if our kid is the bully? How and when do we talk to our kids about bullying?  Kate struggled as a child with a medical condition called Hydrocephalus which made some of the typical activities of childhood challenging. Bullying is extremely common. I'm actually getting all of my statistics from stopbullying.gov.

So the definition of bullying is an unwanted aggressive behavior among school-age children that
