The first time I got into theater was when I transitioned from private school.

eight. It drew on for a while, about two years. And during that time, I was previously at a private

school, but money became very tight because of legal fees and all of that nastiness.

And so I was transitioned into public school, which was wonderful, but, you know, I didn't have any friends or anything like that.

And I remember my mom urging me, she's like, I know that you love the choir, I know that you love to sing, but I think it would be really good for you if you took a theater class. Just see if you like it. You have this extra elective.

And I said, okay, I'll try.

And I remember I came in and I auditioned and they gave me the lead role in the play.

And I was like, okay, but you know, guys, I don't know.

I don't really know what I'm doing.

Like, of course I'll do this. And they were like, yeah, and we think you'll be great. And so it was just like, I was plopped into that and I enjoyed it.
