1:54.8 | it is is to identify the things that make me happy and things that sort of just contribute to my overall sense of peace and rest |
2:04.4 | and identify those things so that I can say, okay, this gives me peace and rest, and then this |
2:10.5 | doesn't. So I can figure out which things to sort of add to my night routine based off of that |
2:15.4 | and figure out which things I should not be doing at night in order to keep that sense of peace and rest there. And I've done a ideal morning |
