0:19.0	Dr. Laura, I feel trapped. I feel stuck between my husband and my adult son who's 29 years old.
0:26.0	I recently heard you say it's mean to stockpile anger. And recently my husband went out to shovel the snow.
0:33.0	We still have snow in Michigan. It was Saturday morning at 7 a.m. He came in like a SWAT team and entered my son's room.
0:41.0	And then he unleashed and said he resent still supporting him. And he told him that he wasn't a man. And he berated my son.
0:52.0	And now I feel like I'm stuck between the two of them and my husband left in a house.
0:59.0	I'm a little why is your 29 year old son living in his parents home?
1:05.0	Because he's locked out of university due to depression. So we brought him back home and he's sought therapy.
1:12.0	Well, that was a long time ago. That's correct. It's been a decade.
1:21.0	And why is he still there? He has no money. Why does he not have a job? Why are you supporting him 100%?
1:32.0	He could have job two years ago and say, why are you babying your adult male son and your husband's tired of it?
1:41.0	He's out there early in the morning in the freezing cold shoveling and his 29 year old very able bodied son is not doing it because mommy is protecting her little baby boy.
1:53.0	Yes.
1:54.0	I side with your husband.
2:01.0	You do?
2:02.0	Yes, I do.
2:04.0	You're not helping your boy become a man.
2:09.0	And your husband's been tolerating you all these years and he's fed up.
2:13.0	He's really fed up with you, but he yelled at him.
