We have got a question that is a common one, frequent one, and we'll answer it today. How do I encourage a woman ask my husband, so seems like you get to answer this one, to set better boundaries with his work.

Wife feels like husband. It's too much into work, not enough focus maybe on marriage and or kids.

How common is that?

Very.

Yeah, I think if you're not working on your relationship, it's easy for both of the spouses to focus on things other than the marriage and get fulfilled through those things,

whether it's friends or job or kids or community of some kind.

Do you think that, so that's an opportunity about it, but like, I thought I was answering.

Well, no, but to set up, I think what happens is, the get married, wife gets focused on home and then kids.

Dad gets focused on work and providing for the wife and the kids.

And so, their focus shifts and drifts.

Yes.

But even without kids, you know, she can get focused on home or career or girlfriends or whatever. So, yeah,

I think, I mean, we, we have had to have this discussion with each other, focus discussion,

all throughout our marriage. Working on a healthy marriage is hard work, but it's worth the hard work. But when you stop doing it,
