Now, just before we came on, you did say to me that you were feeling particularly nervous,

which is perfectly normal. What is it that you're feeling nervous about today? I think it's just,

obviously, this is like deeply personal to me and it's, it naturally brings up a lot of emotions.

And I guess as much as I'm feeling like a lot further down the line, I still carry quite a bit of trauma from it, really.

And I suppose, yeah, it's the thought of all that bubbling back up when I've tried, you know,

when I've processed a lot, but I think it's inevitably going to bring, bring some emotions back up, I think.
