Hello everyone and welcome back to the City of Smack Podcast. I'm Chris Chavez and this is my show where I get the chance to chat with some of the biggest names on the track on the roads within the coaching ranks and across the running industry. But actually for this

episode I'm turning over the reins to my dear friend Ali feller the host of the

Alley on the run show because before the New York Marathon marathon we went out to dinner and she said,

who would host your marathon recap episode?

And I realized that I actually haven't done one of those in a long time

because I hadn't run an all-out marathon for PR since like 2019 and now it's time. So if I did

run well she would be the perfect person to do so.

She's so much fun, we joke around, so inevitably it was going to be her

if the race went well.

It did not.

So I actually didn't have to worry about recording any sort of episode after the New York City marathon

It's totally okay to skip this episode the professionals are far more interesting and actually run fast
