Hello my beautiful podcast family. How are you doing? I'm so excited that you're with me today.

Y'all doing these podcasts man. I'm telling you it's like my own little therapy session. I just get on here and and chat and talk. I believe that that talking is that's why therapists are so important because it gives you a chance to go and get out things that you're feeling and I my mom used to always tell me feelings bear it alive never die. And I want to talk today this podcast. I'm just going to share from my heart. I have.

I had so many of y'all have reached out and asked me about my health journey about two years ago I lost 55 pounds. I was 48 large. I was overweight. I looked way old. Just wasn't taking care of myself.

And I look back now at pictures and think dear Lord. I just can't even believe that you can change your thinking and literally change your life. And so I have brought some of the things that I use in replacement of things in my life consistently that help with my weight loss journey.

And so we're going to talk about it today talk about getting mentally fit and I'm just going to share just let it roll out. We're just going to chat.

And I believe that it's going to encourage you to take your life back as well because it feels so good.

It was so funny because y'all, I have an RTK inner circle, which is a community that I built online. And we've got people from all over the world and the RTK inner circle.

And about a year ago, probably maybe about a year ago when I was really on this, you know, losing all this weight and stuff and maintaining, we started a challenge.

And the challenge was, I was saying, y'all, do a video of what you love about yourself. Right. Just do a video because most people are scared to death.

Number one, to see themselves on a video, right. I said, get on a video. Tell us what you love. We need to do this again. In fact, I need to do this challenge again because it was allowing people that did not feel good about themselves to have to talk about what's good about themselves.

Because all of us have beautiful qualities about us that make us so different and unique. Right. And so on the, on the, on the videos, it was so funny because I always sing all of me, loves all of me.

And it was so funny because so many of them were, were, were literally breaking out in that song and learning how to love themselves. And it was so beautiful. And I think I'm about to do that challenge again.

Make people do videos of what they love about themselves because if you love you, you will be irresistible, baby. All right. So I'm about to send this off to a break.
