and just keep, keep, keep, keep paddling, just don't stop paddling. Keep, and if you get tired and you

stop paddling, tag the person next to you and say can you paddle with me and for me for a little

bit I'm tired. Don't, there's no shame in that. I do it all the time and it's great. So that's a

little bit about kind of how I approach and how I think about things. I want to talk about that

and like at what point you realize that and how it has changed your business by empowering your

team because I will just say you champion and empower your team better than anyone I have seen

in all of my years in the industry and it is just something to be admirable and it's one of the

things that I respect most about you.

All right. Today's episode is going to be a little strange. That's right. I am the guest on

my own episode. So I've invited one of my now good friends, one of our board of expert members

and a marketing extraordinaire. She's come on and she's going to interview me. I have no idea what

she's going to ask me. I have not prepped. She has given me zero clues and it's going to be fully

raw. And look, if you haven't noticed, I'm still trying to figure out the exact flow I love for

the onyxingol show. What kind of episodes I like doing the most? What kind of episodes get the

best reception? And you know what? If it takes me months to figure that out, I don't mind because

once I figure it out, I know how to scale things up. So while we're doing that, I thought we do a

pilot episode and this is all I want to give a shout out to Liz Benny because Liz Benny recently

did an interview with me. And when I was even in the middle of the interview and giving her answers,

I thought, dang, like she's getting information out of my head. So raw, so strong. And so I wanted

to turn around and see if we could create that same experience here. I'm actually going to ask Liz if

maybe I can release that episode on my own podcast because it was that good. But for now, we're going

to get me interviewed. I'm going to see what the heck comes out of it. Let's see. I'm slightly nervous.
