Prior to this new custody arrangement, we have had primary physical custody of my daughter

because my ex works Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, and is single.

Come on. Yeah, that's just normal hours, but also... I am kind of... Are you a stay-home dad? Maybe. I'm just wondering how primary custody is different to primary physical custody.

So it's like I have primary custody. I have 70%, 80% of them. The mom comes every other weekend. Now the mom's not going to be coming every other weekend. Makes sense.
