something really cool today. It is something different. It's something I've never done before and I think it's really cool. So I have a

guest on today and it's not an interview like I said this is not something I've

done before so it's not an interview but it is a kind of guest spot from a

friend of mind I know the title says girlfriend I really didn't know another way to

put this not my actual girlfriend but a girl of a friend of mine who happens to be a

girl okay so a girl friend of mine and her name is Laurel House she's a

friend but she's also a colleague she She also has a podcast called The Man Whisperer,

and she also has dating coaching as well.

And we were talking and she was saying,

hey, it'd be really cool to do a podcast episode where I just talk about my best experiences and my best sexual experiences specifically so guys can learn from them.

And I said, that's great, and she goes, you want to do an interview and I said you know what we don't need an interview I think me getting in the way of it is just going to not give it

The value that it really has right I think that me just sitting there and talking to you

and asking questions won't do justice. So why don't you just record me an audio just explaining

your best experiences and then just hand that over to me and I'll put it on the

podcast for the guys and that's literally exactly what we have here today.
