Hi everyone, usually at the top of the episode I make some sort of like cute reference to

a thing you're in here later but I actually don't want to do that this time because this

episode is extremely heavy.

One of the heaviest we've ever done, it deals with crime, mental illness, violence against

women.

So I'm not going to try to say anything cute up top.

I'll just say this is beautiful not miss as always, one hour, one phone call, no names,

no holds part.

I'd rather no one on one.

I think it'll be more fun and I'll get to know you and you'll get to know me.

Usually what happens when we have episodes that have been sitting in the queue for that

long is I will be recording the intro but now you're about to hear what I recorded directly

after recording on May because I think you can hear the impact in my voice and I don't

want to replace it with something new all these months later.

a person and it is not something in the past, it is unfolding, it's within days and they're

still processing it and I feel very flattered that they trusted me to process some of those

feelings while being recorded.

there's a lot of stuff to warn you about, real mental illness, talk of suicide, many,
