that it's not just about hitting the gym. It made hitting the gym a whole lot easier.

Your reason for working out, your reason for being fit has to be to take care of this body that's on loan to you.

0:20.3

And it has to be because it makes you feel

0:23.3

good and not to get skinny. Because if that's your goal, you will never, ever, ever, ever be

episode. My name is Lily. I'm your host. And I'm coming at you guys with a little bit of a rebrand,

0:48.1

cover. I just have really been, I feel like I have a new vision for the show every couple months,

1:28.8

1:33.3

and I need to slow my role oftentimes, but the cover was something that I really thought

1:37.7

1:47.5

current vision for the show.

1:48.7

And I thought that the beach, something flowy, something fun was kind of a good route to do that.

1:54.5

So I'm on the beach wearing a blue dress and it is just, it's very simple.

1:59.0

The cover before was from the book announcement photo shoot that I did last summer.

2:07.3
