Hey girlies and welcome back to the pod what is up it's Carmen and this week's episode is all about my favorite products

Ting Girl must-haps pretty much things that I'm just obsessed with you know so I'm trying

If you don't, then I never said this. I never said this. But how are you? How have you been doing? I hope you've been doing well. I feel like I haven't recorded in forever, but let's just get into the best and worse of the week.

So the best of the week was that here in Kentucky, it pretty much just felt like summer all week. It was so so great. It's like 70 degrees. I wore a dress like three times this week so that was nice and it was just so warm and I also

went to a lacrosse game on Friday which was fun because the last time I had gone to a lacrosse game, it was maybe 30, 40 degrees.

It was absolutely freezing, and it was dark the whole time time so it sucked. This time it was great. It was like 60-70.

There was so much fun and a lot of things happened that were good. This week was kind of up and down. You know, I would say overall, it was a pretty good week. Also something exciting, I started curology because as most of you know I struggle

with my skin and just with hormonal acne and stuff and I just want to see this work because I've tried so many things. I think I've been using it for a few days now.

Haven't seen much of a difference, but apparently it takes two weeks or something that I know in my I don't know what they call it it's it's in a

white bottle they give you a cleanser a moisturizerizer, and then some sort of, it's not a serum, but it's kind of your treatment cream or something.

And mine has like Nyacin and a mind in it,

Klyndomysin and something else.

And I've heard about Nysin Mind.

Watch me be saying that wrong the whole time.

It happened to me actually last last episode I literally took out when I was talking, I don't even

remember what it was, but I said it wrong the whole time.

Oh yeah, it was, you know, AO3, which is like where people submit fan fix and stuff,

it's meant to WAPAD, well the whole time I was talking about it, I kept saying AOC. Yeah yeah so I took that out of the episode in case you were

wondering I wanted to look for that you can't find it but I was listening back to it. I was like, oh my God, are you kidding me? It was so annoying, but if I'm saying
