Hope you're doing all right. Hope you had a good Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza, whatever.

Maybe you did nothing. Maybe you were totally Kwanza whatever maybe you did nothing maybe you

were totally disengaged maybe you were free from the madness existing in perfect equipoise

eating Chinese food and it was just great or maybe you were bothered by all of it maybe it was

excruciating in which case it's over with so that's a long-winded way of saying

I hope you're doing okay and I'm excited to share with you today the final episode of 24

this is the last episode of the other people show for the year and I'm going to be sharing

with you my five favorite works of nonfiction of the year and I'm going to be sharing with you my five favorite works of nonfiction

of the year and of course I've got to issue the caveat that I read and enjoyed way more than

five works of nonfiction this year but I had to narrow it down for the purposes of this episode

I'm kind of playing along with the end of the year roundup rankings game.

But I do think it's a really nice thing to do to shine a light on some great books and some great writers in the hopes that you will go by these books and read them and love them and then

share them with your friends and spread these books like a virus throughout the land.
