Universe. Today I'm taking a question from Donna, so we're throwing it back to

the early days of the podcast where I took some questions from

listeners so she was wondering she heard me on the Joe Gardner show talking to

Joe Lample about my love of the grow bags or the felt pots or the smart pots, whatever you want to call them,

basically lightweight foldable, movable containers that you can grow things in.

So I grew successfully cucumbers in them this year, tomatoes, potatoes, what else, blueberries, a bunch of different things.

And so as an urban gardener, it's just so fantastic to be able to move your containers around

with handy little handles.

They're quite lightweight.

And so she was wondering some of my favorite varieties

or my favorite brands, the ones that I really like and enjoy.

So I would say the one that is the standout in this space, the one that most people know about, would be the smart pots. So smart pots, you can find them pretty much at any local nursery.

But at this point in time, there have now been a lot of different competitors coming out so there's a

company called two four seven garden or twenty four seven garden they make a bunch of

different types Vivo sun also makes them and then some of my favorite ones now are from

Bootstrap farmer so they make a lot of amazing products for the upstart

farmer right a small-scale urban farmer guys like my friend Stephen Cornette over at Nature's

Always Right. The grow bags that they make are extremely heavy duty, they've got handles on them,

and you can buy them in four, five, seven, gallons right so you can get them all the way up to that size you can even get a 100 or a
