Hello, Mamas. There's absolutely nothing of note in the news recently. Nothing really noteworthy, no drama, no world events, quite truly nothing to talk about on a podcast called Drama Mama.

So I thought what a treat it could be for both myself and for you today to go through

some of my favorite fonts in the world. I know fonts are often overlooked by many.

They're an afterthought to most. They're little pieces of art in the way we communicate and in

language. And they happen to be one of my very very very special interests and it would be a joy to

share them with you today I have compiled a list a non exhaustive list of some of my favorite fonts

and I have a few because we want to keep it positive here of my

least favorite fonts some that just don't tickle my fancy and I should start off by describing

giving a little bit of backstory into fonts sometimes you'll see a font that says serif,

and sometimes you'll see a font that says sans serif, and you wonder to yourself,

what could this difference in distinction mean? What could the difference be? These are Latin words.

I'm not trying to speak Latin. I'm trying to speak in English with

these fun fonts. Well, let me break it down for you. There's broadly two families of fonts.

There's seraph fonts and sans seraph fonts. Seraph fonts are, you know, maybe a little bit more old-timey, more classic looking.

They're the fonts with like little accents on the tails, little squiggles, swerves,

basically anything you can think of where as a sans-serif font is a font that is largely without those. Think like the Google logo or the Chanel logo,

things like that where there's no funny business here, okay? It's just straight to the point.

And you might fall in more towards one or

the other of the two categories and that's completely okay. Or you could, you might be like me,

pretty much split down the middle. I have an affinity for both, I would say pretty equally.

Sometimes I'm in a san-serif font mood. Sometimes get a seraph in there. I'd love to see it. So that all being said, let's, let's begin.
