0:27.2	Well, my mother has just received a medical malpractice settlement of about $125,000.
0:42.1	My father is a degenerate gambler.
0:51.4	We've been trying to explore ways that we could somehow legally keep this money so that it can last her for hopefully the rest of her life.
0:58.0	And to do it legally where he can't get a hold of it.
0:59.7	And I was wondering what her advice might be.
1:01.9	Is she still in relationship with him?

1:04.4	She is.
1:06.7	We've also explored that route.
1:09.3	And it seems like it's going to stay that way.
1:14.9	So I don't believe that that easiest, most sensible option is going to be an option.
1:23.1	I'm sure Dave and I can come up with some ideas about trusts and things like that.
1:29.1	You're running into what I think is one of the hardest things that we have to deal with as finite beings, which is wanting something for somebody else, wanting healing or safety for
