0:17.7	I have a bit of a problem.
0:20.8	I lost my mother recently in October.
0:23.5	It was rather unexpected that it happened very quickly.
0:28.0	I was her caregiver for 10 years.
0:29.7	My husband had passed off and that pretty much included everything.
0:35.4	And as she got sicker, we hired agents to help us in her care.
0:40.7	But we wore her primary caregivers grocery shopping, taking her to the doctor, et cetera.
0:46.8	I have five siblings.
0:48.8	When my mother passed away, I was her attorney, power attorney for her health.
0:58.2	And in that role, I was the one who unfortunately had to make the call to stop the life support
1:08.8	that my older sister told them to put her on because she was at the hospital at the time.
1:15.8	And I had been at home.
1:17.6	And there'd been a storm going on.
1:19.4	And the records from the hospital were not available on the computer.
