I have to tell you the funniest thing.

So I have recently switched my shampoo to a brand called Amika.

Now Amika is a clinically proven shampoo and conditioner.

They come in these cool duos and they have signs back formulas, naturally derived ingredients

and they're for every hair type.

Now the reason I switched was because in my house I have a different hair type for my

Mr. Fella for my little one.

So I just wanted to have one salon raised hair care brand that I know is good for the

planet.

That's kind, clean, good stuff for my skin, my scalp, my strands, all of that.

I just wanted to make sure I had that on my shelf in the shower, didn't have to worry

about it.

But here's a funny story.

So I've been telling you about this for a couple of weeks now that I love Amika.

and I heard you gabbing about how much you love Amika and talking about how I stole

your shampoo and I never did that.
