Well, I just got out of a five year relationship with my high school sweetheart because I personally just could not take the emotional abuse anymore.

He's very manipulative to me and did some things that were very, very strong red flags and I know your show. My mom used to make me listen to it my way to school and like elementary and middle school.

So I knew that like this wasn't right for me and I didn't want to ignore the red flags anymore, but now I'm having a hard time giving him the closure that he needs.

You can't give him the closure that he needs. He doesn't want closure. He wants you.

Yeah, I agree.

Let me repeat myself, even if you agree, because you called and said it, which meant you actually thought that you had some obligation to give him closure, which you can't even give him no such thing.

He doesn't want to let go of you. He's insecure and he doesn't only insecure men do the stuff you described.

So he's continuing to be who he is insecure. You really need to cut it off 100% 100%

Yes, that is what I've done, but he is now resorted to texting my mom.

She needs to block him also. And if there is any other if he comes to the house or anything, you go down to the courthouse, report this to the police, go down to the courthouse and get a paper of protection, which keeps him away.

Because guys like this can become dangerous. This is often how it starts.

So everybody needs to cut off all contact and mom since he texted you, call him up and tell him if there's any more contact, you'll get an order and report him to the police for harassment.

So mom, I'd like you to do that.
