dental practice in St. Louis, Missouri. We've got five employees did about 1.3 million last year.

And my question is, I have two employees who are great at their roles, but they fight like cats and dogs.

They're always at each other, and I'm wondering how to handle that.

So I feel like the crux of the issue is they're just two very different people.

Yeah. So, okay, let me give you a little background on them if that's okay.

One is kind of a classic Southern Bell.

She has very strong ideals, very strong morals,

and if you don't match up to those ideals,

she can be a bit judgmental and kind of look down on you a bit.

The other employee is a very, she's kind of rough around the edges.
