Hi, Jack. How are you today? I'm good, thank you. A bit nervous, but that's our settle down. You know what? It's cold outside now, isn't it? It's getting chilly. So we've got our cups of tea and you're a tea drinker like me, which is always good, isn't it? So just for those who are listening in across all the platforms,

who are you and what do you currently do today?

So I'm Carol Frost.

I'm in what lots of people would call HR.

But HR, human resources, it's all about dealing with people.

People at work, people as they work, people getting into work, people through their journey at work and people coming out the other side of work.

And I'm the chief people officer at Metro Bank. And for those who don't know, Metro Bank is a retail bank. We are the Challenger Bank, the original Challenger Bank.

Some of you will have seen, or you will have seen

some of our stores on the high street. And we're really proud to be leading the banking revolution.

I love Metro Bank because it was one of my first banks that I opened and I grew up in Essex,

Rompford and you opened a store. I'm not too sure if it's still there or not. I walked in and what I

love so much is that you put a pound into my account and you also add dog bowls and I'm as you can

see I'm a massive dog fan so you could take your dogs in. So what you say being the first Challenger bank,
