You bet. What's going on?

Yeah, the backdrop to the question, which is about salary negotiation, is we're looking at transitioning and relocating the family out of state.

So I spent the better part of the last eight months or so really networking.

A lot of it's kind of slowed down at this point, just with the virus.

But during the course of networking, I managed to secure some interviews.

I've had interactions with probably half a dozen to 10 or so recruiters.

And my question centers around, create a question that they pitch, and I've had it again in the interview process as well.

And that is kind of what does it take, you know, financially or dollar wise to help you make this move.

And how I've approached this really contextual because I think you have to look at whole picture in terms of what benefits structures are,

what types of incentive, what the actual job entails.

I'm just wondering if you have any kind of wisdom on that or what your insight would be.

Yeah, I think you have to have information and data that you've been, and seems like you've done that, and you have to plug that into what you want.
