You know, after hard-fought game, number one team in the country, you know, we go into Austin. And it was a very tough game. But yeah, I'm excited to be reacting to it's going to be

I mean this is live reaction and the game literally just ended and we're setting up so so yeah

I mean this is going to be going to be fun yeah a little bit of a different setup but that that is

not super important as we react to Mississippi State's 35 13 loss to number one Texas on the road in Austin. And you know,

there's there's a lot of things to say about this game. I think, look, here's the easiest part.

Mississippi State was an underdog by 38 and a half points at one point this week, 38.5. And for most

people, if I'm honest, I think myself included, probably maybe you,

Austin, we thought that that was, that Texas could cover that and could cover that with

ease just because of how great their offense has been and how Mississippi State's defenses

looked. And Mississippi State, you know, this game at hal time is, was it 20, is it 21? No, no, no, no, no. They scored the last, like it was 13.

I think it was 14, 6th. Well, yeah, 146. The late touchdown, we'll talk about in a second with a blown coverage by Kobe Albert.

But this is a game in the first half. And then all of a sudden it kind of fell apart.

But from the kick, Mississippi State show they were ready to hold the ball,

keep time of possession, and try the best, which is what you have to do to beat a number one team,

especially a team that you're not as talented as.

What did you make of the start of this game?

Yeah, I think it mainly just came down to game plan.

I think Jeff Lubby came in with a great game plan.

Coleman Hutzler played a great first half,

Colin plays.

And yeah, I mean, we came out,

there's been some games where we've just come out just stagnant.
