So I am 59 years old. I am a single mom divorced, and I have a 19-year-old

daughter, and we just found out about six months ago that her dad has been incarcerated for the use of drug.

And I know that there's nothing that I can do to fix it, but I'm wondering emotionally

what the best route would be for me to try to help her right now.
