0:20.0	I have a question in regards to our 14 year old daughter. She currently work part time and is on the softwell team at her eighth grade middle school.
0:33.0	My question being do I encourage her to find balance on the weekend and still do social outings with friends and still work part time or do I allow her to just work every Saturday and Sunday as she has been choosing to do some softwell started about three weeks ago.
0:54.0	And what is she doing with the money, by the way?
0:58.0	She's open to savings account. She keeps a small amount of money in her pocket for incidentals and things she likes to buy herself better non essential that her father and I don't provide like expensive retractable pencils and beauty products and all kinds of fun stuff at 14.
1:18.0	And she donate to a local animal shelter where we rescued our people from.
1:24.0	And you would like her to take some of that mentality and throw it away and doing stupid stuff at a mall with some other silly girls.
1:31.0	I don't want to necessarily take away my question is.
1:37.0	I think it's hilarious that you don't think that is an astonishingly amazingly wonderful young lady as is.
1:46.0	It is and I'm just I guess because I just don't want her to miss out not that I don't want her to work.
1:53.0	Oh stop it. Oh stop it. Oh stop it. You know miss out on stupid stuff. Yeah, she should miss out on stupid stuff.

2:10.0	What of any value to a bunch of girls do together on a Sunday?
2:15.0	Not what a Sunday's shift at a general store can do. So you are right. That's why I call them.
2:22.0	And I will therefore no it's a question. What kind of things do her age girls do on a Saturday?
2:32.0	So roller skating have sleepovers.
2:36.0	Have sleepovers and do what and talk about what?
2:40.0	What kind of a what kind of an adolescence did you have?
2:48.0	Not a good one.
