0:20.0	Well, I guess I need some help. I'm 73, so I'm just a few years younger than you are.
0:30.0	I have a 46 year old daughter and when she was about 16 17 years old she was diagnosed as bipolar and the doctors told me it was a real severe case and I was lucky that she wasn't living under a bridge.
0:47.0	She had some good years, but she's been declining and she was evicted from her home.

1:57.0	a doctor but she refuses to take any pills and medication. She smokes like a chimney and she's on medical marijuana, but I know I know that she's probably going to end up dead and what I'm asking you is
