Thank you for taking my call.

I do have a question about a cousin of mine. She is a

divorced mother of two. Her children are eight and ten. Their dad has partial custody so where they live with

mom and they go to dad like every other weekend you know and periodically through the week so she had the my

question is sort of the situation she has asked me several times over the last couple of years to babysit her children.

So what is, she will go out of town with a boyfriend of hers, not the children's father, a different gentleman, and she will go out of town and she needs a babysitter for her children so she can go out of town so the kids can be babysat by someone.

And I've offered to do it.

My children are all grown, so it's perfectly, you know, I don't have any commitments with my children but I'm kind of having an

uneasy feeling about this I'm not sure if it's the right thing to do because I feel that she's

taking away from her children.

She does work full-time.

Her kids are in after-school care, after-school,

until she picks them up and things. So I don't know what the proper response that I should

hear that I think I know the proper response I suggest that you do these go-away trips and pause for a moment so she'll know you don't approve.

These go-away trips with these guys

when they're with their dad.

I don't think you should minimize the time you're with them since you work full time.
