All right I want you to ask you to turn to two passages of scripture, First

Corinthians 12 and Romans 12. So I actually have a lot of scripture in the message.

Those are the only two that I'm just asking you to turn to those two.

But 1st Corinthians 12 and Romans 12.

And we're in a series right now called Why Am I Here and last weekend I talked about our

Christian calling and this weekend I want to talk about my committed calling. In other words what do I what to

what do I commit my life? All of us all of us are called to ministry, not vocational ministry, but to ministry. All of us have

been given gifts, different gifts, and we all have something God is calling us to do in the kingdom of God.

So next week is my career calling.

Now for those of you that say, well I know what my career is or I'm retired

so I don't need to come next week I still believe God's going to speak and so no hall passes for next weekend.

All right?

Do not stay home, make waffles and watch on the internet.

All right?

And if you're, some of you are probably

eating a waffle right now, but that's okay,

watching on the internet.

I do, if you are at home, sick child,

not feeling well, out of town, I do want you to watch, but if you're here and

healthy, I want you to be in service.

There's something about coming together, isn't that, in there, and being in the presence of God together, right?
