A few months ago, I drove from Boston to New York City to be in a room full of idiots.

Absolute fools. At least, they were trying to be.

Clowns make sounds. I join these people, watching them as they made weird faces, as they got down on the floor, as they made wild noises.

We're down here, we're swamped creatures.

You're going down all the way to the very bottom of your vocal range.

You're making the lowest note that you can with your voice.

And you're dragging your fingers around and all the algae,

and the sound is coming up through your asshole.

You go...

...you, you're so gross.
