Excited for today's episode because we're doing something

I've never done before and I'm always trying to do new

interesting things on the podcast because it's fun and so today I have one of my

former clients and not someone from years ago but someone who recently

was part of my one-on-one mentorship coaching program. His name is Matt and I'm just going to go ahead and give him so much

props right now because he was brave enough to come on here and he's a

listener of the podcast that's you're going to find this out a bit is that's how he found that's why he's on right now.

He found coaching through the podcast.

He's an avid listener and he was just excited to come on.

I said, hey may, you know, after we were done with our sessions,

we did a six week course together.

And afterwards I said, you know what, you're awesome dude,

you should come on, you you have just you learned fast. You did some good things in the program

You got some good results and you were just a great client to work with them by the way any client who's listening right now

I love all my clients. That's why I've taken you on as a client. But Matt, as we talked about it, he just was really

interested in coming on and I wanted to have him on. So what we talk about today,

and this is the thing, it's gonna sound
