Merry Christmas. I decided to pop in here with a very special Christmas wish to all of you.

I hope that you find this podcast episode on Christmas Day. And if you don't, still,

I hope that you had the most incredible Christmas that you really fostered the spirit of

Christmas this year. And if you're anything like me, you're probably standing around in a whole

heap of mess of toys and dirty dishes and just a lot of leftover things.

Even if you don't have little ones in your house anymore with all of the rambunctious mess

leftover, the day after Christmas hangover, you may just have a house full of things that

didn't get done because you were busy

rapping or because you were busy focusing on all of the things that needed to get done

before Christmas Day.

And today's podcast episode, as short and mighty as it may be, is simply just for

me to tell you that it's okay to be still.

It's okay to rest in the mess for at least a day or two and to focus on your family, to focus on the spirit of gratitude, the joy of what this season

means to you. And I'm going to share a little bit about what this season

means to me. I had some interesting feedback. You know, you guys leave really, really, really good
