It's true though that's how I was just thinking I was so excited to talk to you and I was thinking like why what's the last time we talk what were we talking about and I can't honestly I cannot remember but I just remember it it's associated in my head with

Happiness you know that is such a street thing of you to say and in a sense it's quite fortuitous

because enough to engage in shameless plugging right after such a lovely compliment.

But my next book is about how to live the good happy life and it is precisely based on the fact that people say the types of things that you tell me and I said well why don't I put it in a recipe book and see what comes out of that?

So GAD, I have been, you know, I've been smeared by the best of them.

And I've also made mistakes or said things that at the time seemed really horrible and later, ten years later, it seems to be exactly accurate.

And I know how this goes and I am having the hardest time doing my job. I honestly every break in the in the radio program I have to take deep

breaths. I think I am I mean I think I'm getting an ulcer I mean I am just so tied up and I drop everything I don't even look at the news for

21 hours I come in and I do a quick recap on everything and then I go back and I'm perfectly happy when I'm with my family but I've cut everything else out of my life or I can't do my job. How can I do my job. You know, how can I how can I do my job and look at all of the things and and talk about the things that I know what it means
