0:06.4	number 13. This is a mini series, but we're just going to keep going as long as it makes sense.
0:13.1	I started this journey of removing my implants two, three months. Well, I started the podcast two,
0:19.7	three months ago. I started the thought of
0:21.7	removing my implants more than three years ago at this point. And I did it a month ago. I am coming up
0:28.0	on five weeks post-op. And there are a few more things I'll get to start doing now. But to be
0:34.5	honest, most of my soreness is gone. If you're watching this on YouTube, I'm lifting my arms
0:39.7	above my head, which is cool.
0:41.9	I did have something this week called
0:43.3	a Mondor's cord, and it's when
0:46.2	your vein gets either swollen
0:49.4	or a little clogged up.
0:50.9	Happens often, or maybe only, with breast
0:53.5	augmentation surgeries in general. And it comes
0:56.7	from your incision area down your abdomen. And it was painful when I was putting my arm up in that
1:03.5	area. And I was like, I don't understand like why this is happening. What's so sore here? And I started
1:09.4	feeling it and I was able to see it. I was like,
1:11.2	oh, I know exactly what it was. I heard about this. I knew it would happen. And I let it go for a little bit and then I massaged it that day and I heard like a and it is gone. It's just a little sore there. So I'm assuming it's still under there, but they go away. They're harmless for the most part. And yeah, so all part of the process, the incisions are looking
1:30.1	great. I got my first new bra. That's not a surgical bra that I can wear now. I do have some to
1:35.9	possibly wear it on the line from She Fit, but I got my first bra from Target, which is so exciting. I
1:42.2	sound like I'm 10, but I got a bra from Target.
