Now obviously over the past couple of months or so there have been some serious, serious fires in Western America that have had some awful, awful, destructive and deadly consequences with, I don't know how many people having to move out of their homes and thousands and thousands of houses and homes being burned down.

Now amazingly we've seen so many people across the country and to be honest across the world

welcoming these people in that have had their whole lives sort of burned before them and helping them out.

However, I saw this story on Reddit, and this comes from 2018, and takes place during the

California wildfire in November.

And I thought it was very, very interesting. Given all the context of what is going

on right now, what has been going on over the past couple of months or so, to see a story with

this title was slightly shocking to me. But as we get into the story and read further down and

see the context, it does begin to make a little bit of sense. So without further ado,

One of my boyfriends, who is 21, best friends, who was 22, family's house burned down in the

California wildfire. His family is him, his pregnant wife and his toddler, and they are now coming to

live with us in our small apartment. I did not agree to this, and I, a 21-year-old woman, am feeling

extremely anxious and panicked. This was originally posted on November the 11th, 2018. First,

I just want to preface this by saying that I am fully willing to support their family

through tangible means, like buying them food, supplies, furniture, etc.

I just don't think our apartment is a viable option.

My boyfriend and I live in a two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a very expensive area.
